Cases Considered as Resale Activities

If any fraudulent resale activity is detected, we may refuse future sales.
Orders placed by customers with a history of such activities will be cancelled prior to shipment.
Please understand that we are unable to disclose the specific reasons for our decisions.
Orders that fall under any of the following conditions may be cancelled at our discretion, regardless of the customer’s intent:
・ When the order is deemed to have potential resale, redistribution, or profit‑seeking purposes
・ When multiple individuals ship products to the same address
・ When multiple orders are placed within a short period and shipped to different addresses
・ When the order quantity exceeds what is considered reasonable for personal use
・ When the customer has a history of multiple cancellations
・ When the order is clearly not intended for personal use, based on our judgment
・ When the customer has a history of fraudulent activity on our website
・ When the delivery address is a hotel or a forwarding/transfer service

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds will be issued prior to the cancellation of the applicable order.

- 短期間に複数の注文があり、発送先がそれぞれ異なる場合
- 個人利用の範囲を超える大量注文と見なされる場合
- 過去に複数回のキャンセル履歴があるお客様
- その他、当社の判断により明らかに個人利用と認められない場合
- 当社サイトにて不正行為を行った履歴があるお客様
- ホテルや転送サービス会社への配送

【キャンセル時の返金について】
